Financial Policy

In our attempt to keep the cost of dental treatment as low as possible, we ask that payments be rendered as services are provided. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Care Credit. Individual financial arrangements may also be made. In any event, your treatment will be explained to you and you will be given an estimate of the cost of our dentistry prior to treatment.

Dental Insurance

If you have dental insurance, please bring the form required by your insurance company. We can help you complete the form and mail it to you. We will ensure that you receive the benefits due to you and your family under your insurance policy. The patient is responsible for all amounts not covered by insurance. We cannot guarantee insurance coverage payments or benefits.
