Anchorage Dental a well-known Louisville Dental Office has just returned from attending Dental Boot Kamp. The three-day course educates dentist and their dental team members on the most effective ways to assess and be sensitive to the needs and wants of patients, all whom have different personalities.

Your dentist has received extensive training in the technical skills but said even the best dental schools do not teach the important people skill that are taught at Dental Boot Kamp. Dental Boot Kamp is conducted by Steven Anderson who has had many years of experience training dentists in these skills. He received assistance in producing this training program from selected practicing dentists throughout the country.

In addition to valuable training in people skills, the dental team learned organizational skill that will help them work more effectively together in serving patients. They also received training that will help them relate better to family and friends. Anchorage Dental believes that continuing education is an important part of the dental team schedule every year.
